All went well with our little trip to Saulkrasti, as did the sermon that I presented on the topic of “contentment” (just 34 minutes long).
We ate with the church members, who were a fun and friendly bunch. They loved the tofu salad and carob brownies we brought with us for lunch.
After potluck, my wife and I passed by a place we hadn’t been to since before we got married! The White Dune! The last time we were there was in 2016 or 2017, I think.
